It's been a strange and difficult week.  

The good news is that Pre-Production on "Tasting Menu" is going extremely well and we will have important casting announcements to make soon (finger's crossed).  

Sadly things have not been going well for "The Young Ones" and it looks like the shoot is going to be post-poned indefinitely.  This is a real blow for the crew, the production company and all the actors who had auditioned.  I am specially grateful to all the actors who self-taped from all over the world.  And Jamie Anderson deserves a special mention for great self-taping and also coming in to help me by reading with the actors at the audtions in London.  He is very talented and deserves to go far.  The fact that this film has been pulled just a month away from the start of principal photography is a reflection of just how fragile film financing is at the moment. 

I was delighted to hear that Hannah New has been cast as the lead in new JJ Abrams/CW television pilot "Shelter" (USA).
